

Deliveries
- Delivery charge dependant on distance travelled. $15 - $45 each way. Outside GVRD, please contact for a delivery quote
- Dishes to be rinsed and in one designated area
- Dishes Will be picked up within 2 business days of drop off
- Cancellations of orders must be made 2 days prior to drop off. Thereafter, will be charged cost of food order.
**Clients are responsible for damaged or missing dishes left behind either rental or company owned. Will be invoiced and must be paid within 7 days.
Events
- Deposit of 25% of the estimated total cost of the event is required at time of booking to secure the date. 50% payment due 10 days prior to event. Final payment due day of event.
- Guaranteed number of guests required 72 hours prior to function. Anytime thereafter, not subject to reduction.
**Clients are responsible for damaged or missing dishes left behind either rental or company owned. Will be invoiced and must be paid within 7 days.
Cancellation Requests
- received within 72 hours of event will be charged 100% of the estimated total cost
- received within 10 days prior to the event will be charged 50% of the estimated total cost
Staffing Rates
- Chef/Sous Chef = $28 per hour
- Supervisor - $28 per hour
- Server = $23 per hour
- Bartender = $26 per hour
- 4 hour minimum per staff member
- Anything over 8 hour's onsite charged time and a half.
- Staffing hours begin at time depart from the warehouse, and end at the time we arrive back to the ware house at the end of the event.
Rentals
- We are more than happy to assist with the coordination of rentals; linen, glassware, cutlery, plates
- Our fee is 20% of total cost of rentals
- Clients are responsible for missing or damaged rentals and will be invoiced separately and must be paid within 7 business days.
