

Do you handle rentals?
Yes we would be more than happy to assist you with the coordination of rentals and décor ideas such as plates, glasses, cutlery, linens, centerpieces, chair covers, etc. Our cost is 20% on top of the total cost of rentals.
If I don't like something on my menu, can I substitute or remove the item?
We are very flexible with our menus. We will give you what you want and so if you don't like something, please let us know and we would be more than happy to customize a menu just for your liking.
What is your mobile kitchen? What can you prepare from it?
Our mobile kitchen is a full kitchen on wheels. This allows us to cater to any event at any location. If you are having an event at a venue without a kitchen, we are able to prepare your meal on site. It has all the necessities we need to prepare any meal and meets all Health and Safety requirements.
When do I have to pay?
Yes you will need to place a 25% deposit to secure our services.
Do I need a deposit?
A 50% remaining of the balance owing is due 10 days prior to your event, and the remaining balance in full at the time of the event, unless arrangements have been made prior.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cheques and all forms of credit cards that are processed here at the office.
What if I need to cancel my event, do I get my money back?
Cancellation of all events must be made 10 days prior to the event, where in that case your deposit is returned. Any cancellations made within 10 days of your event will be charged 50% of the estimated total cost. Cancellations received within 72 hours of the event will be charged 100% of the estimated total cost.
What if I need to cancel my delivery order?
We are quite flexible with certain orders. If cancelled within prior to 72 hours of your order, no need to worry. If cancelled within 48 hours, charges may apply depending on food order and its cost.
Do I need to tip?
If service for your event is required, then tip is included in the invoice. For all deliveries and events, generally you may choose to tip extra to the service staff if you like. We do find that our service and quality of food exceeds our clients expectations, therefore many do tip extra.
I have a certain food in mind that I would like but do not see it on your menu, can you make it for me?
Our menu is a guideline of our most popular dishes. If you have a specific request, please let our chef know and we will do our best to make it happen.
How do I know how much to order for my party?
Our staff are experts of feeding the frenzy. No need to worry, if it's not enough we will let you know the appropriate order, within your budget, to make a successful event.
Do I need servers for my event?
Please contact us and provide details of what you are looking for and expecting and we will inform you if you require server staff.
Do you look after flowers, bands, performers, etc?
Our event planner would be more than happy to assist you with as much as she can. If not, then we have many friends within different fields that we would be more than happy to recommend to you.
Do you charge for deliveries?
Yes we do and the cost is dependant on the location and distance. Please take a look at our Pricing & Policies page for more detail.
